Welcome! I’m Petra, a Master Trainer in Dr Paul Lam’s Tai Chi for Health programme and a registered nurse with experience in residential aged care and community nursing. My passion is helping people improve their well-being through the gentle, accessible, and powerful practice of Tai Chi.
